I think you could get more people interested with better pics of the outside. The basement connects to the mine, and between the two, has all the crafting stations in well-designed areas. The house has displays for most unique items. The adjacent mine has every ore and some geodes, but be prepared to battle some spriggans. You have 9 pictures of the house in the rain, quite blurry and foggy, it's kinda hard to make out where the house is located exactly. Great view from the cliff looking down toward Riverwood. Not sure if it conflicts with ETaC, I think there's a house in that spot from that mod. I also like my houses to have a bit of colour: Maybe a few rugs or banners, the place is quite brown right now. The enchanting and alchemy area could use some themed storage and clutter, people love to store their crafting items next to their workstations and have potions shelves and such. Starting modding with simple things is the smartest way to go, but you might want to strive for something unique, so your work stands out from all the rest. I don't mean to sound discouraging, but it really is the most overdone thing in Skyrim modding so you have a crap ton of competition for that specific spot in people's load orders.
There are about 500 house mods like that in Riverwood. Now I don't want you to think I'm being rude or overly critical, I'm really just trying to be helpful.
